Sitting in a courtyard along side the traditional converted barns, the Manor overlooks a blossoming orchard and the historic St.Michaels church of West Felton.
The front driveway which is part cobbled and part graveled and lined with trees, leads passed the front of the house around the side main entrance with parking is around a matured apple tree.
The open porch at the side of the house leads into a well sized hallway, with a downstairs WC and built in cupboards. Off to the right of the house, is the large open plan kitchen dining living room.
